She asked what my trade in was, how much I paid for it, what was my downpayment for it and where did I get it from. She then asked for the keys and registration. Still, haven't seen the Tacoma. Her assistant came over and forcefully told us that the dealer only sells MSRP. Unwilling to negotiate. Was able to get a test drive. Tacoma needed to be jump started as it was sitting since Nov. 2006. It had no fuel, had to refuel on our test drive. Was told by Ebony to shut down the vehicle while at the station, did so and the Tacoma's battery died. Worst dealer experience ever. In Ebony's defense, she was new with only 6 weeks on the job at that time. Overall though, that dealer needs work both in customer relations and inventory care. More

Ed in Internet sales answered all my questions and was very professional. The downside was that I had to wait around a log time for them to get the car ready and do paprwork. Aside from that all was great. Read alot of dealer reveiws before buying and thought my experience was worth noting. Allisa More
Bought a toyota corolla. I live in Dutchess County and after making the rounds at the local(3) dealers. gave a call to the Mt kisco dealer and found a great price. Then called Hudson and they crushed the after making the rounds at the local(3) dealers. gave a call to the Mt kisco dealer and found a great price. Then called Hudson and they crushed their price. Gave all the local dealers a chance at meeting or beating the Hudson price and they didn't even consider it (one even said if you are not pulling my leg, buy it now)(one other said do you really trust someone that would give you a price that low and hung up on me) lol. Went down to buy the car, met with very friendly sales guy(not your typical pushy car salesman). Bought the car and believe it or not even got an automatic car starter with the car at no charge. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. It was very worth the 2 hr car ride. I can not even believe the other reviews i have read here. They must have been posted by other dealers. My opinion. These people felt like the devil incarnate. I quite liked the sales associate george, and he was helpful in finding a car I liked. However when it came time to buy, it was one lie after the other, all delive the sales associate george, and he was helpful in finding a car I liked. However when it came time to buy, it was one lie after the other, all delivered with smiling faces and compliments to my children. I finally walked out after 3 hours of stalling, bait-and-switch and other underhanded tactics. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! You'll be glad you did. More
