Everything in this dealership can be negotiated especially the vehicle price. My advice to everyone is try harder to get to your target price & these people will help you. The customer service is really bad, they are very friendly just to sell the vehicle, once they got you, forget it. If you call by phone, they will transfer a doesn't on time and put you on hold until friendly just to sell the vehicle, once they got you, forget it. If you call by phone, they will transfer a doesn't on time and put you on hold until you give up. If you drive there, the vendor will tell you that they too busy with new customer and they don't believe somebody can help "today". When you finally get to talk with someone; they open their email to pretend they will contact someone (because nobody there can help you) and you can see they will close the email without sending anything. Is just a simulation to blow you away. These people are anbelievable not customer services oriented. More
