I went to purchase a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had my car to trade in and I gave them a price that I wanted to pay for the car. Later, I realized that navigation was not an option. The salesman, had my car to trade in and I gave them a price that I wanted to pay for the car. Later, I realized that navigation was not an option. The salesman, Luis said that they would be able to install this with no problem and if that was going to lose the deal they would probably throw it in for free. So I waited while they discussed. They came back to me with 2 offers. The higher offer was if nav was installed and the lower was as is. I said I wanted the lower one with nav installed or I was leaving. They agreed to the lower offer with the navigation installed. So, I agreed to purchase the car. While doing the paperwork, I reviewed the numbers and realized that I was actually paying more for the car than I thought. They added in "maintenance aggreements" without my permission and I realized that they were charging me $4k for the navigation! I immediately said I did not want the navigation and please remove it. They re-did the numbers and gave me less for my car. The price I ended up paying for the car was what it was listed for. There was no deal. They even added $600 as a "mandatory CPO fee for the tires". And looking back, the original number they were trying to sell at was ABOVE what was listed as their sale price! The finance manager is a crook and extrememly shady. The salesman, Luis tried to persuade me to tip him, giving me a whole back story on how hard up for money him and his family is. In addition, he doesnt know anything about the cars he sells; I later found that options he told me came with the car, did not come with the car. HOWEVER, I felt good about the condition of the car, and still have had no problems. My greatest concern is that I did not buy a lemon; so far so good. But, it only has been a month. When I returned to obtain the extra key, I spoke to Fortunado who went over the ACTUAL options of my car. He seemed a bit more knowledgable and was pleasant. All in all I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again and I strongly urge anyone to walk away from these people. I have found the same car, less expensive, elsewhere. I definately over paid for this vehicle. More

Dealerships appearance was very nice... the location is brand new. However that's where the goodness ends abruptly. The sales manager is arrogant, ignorant and outright abrasive.
