OMG what a wonderful experience with the service manager. I went to this dealership because I purchased a 2005 form MetroHonda in Jersey City and they gave me a run around about servicing my Jeep. I took it to Mr. Papaleo at the Chtsler,Jeep and Dodge dealership service area and my Jeep was taken care of. Simple, Qiuck and ready to drive off into the sunset. The service was an experience you should have with any pruchase of a vehcle. No one telling you the car is fine, the car dosen't need to be service. I will be a returning customer for as long as I own the Jeep. I am soooo happy with my 2005 Jeep and my service manager Mr. Papaleo. I even told him I love him....great jod service department at Hudson Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. HAve a great summer guys...... More
I have brought my 2009 Chrysler Town & Country into Hudson Chrysler on a few separate occassions and have always received courteous and professional service from the Service Advisors. Some examples ar Hudson Chrysler on a few separate occassions and have always received courteous and professional service from the Service Advisors. Some examples are as follows: (1) My van's gear shift would not move from "Park" to "Neutral" or "Drive" and as a result, I had to have it towed to Hudson Chrysler. My van was there for a little over a week because the technicians had never encountered this type of problem and had to consult with Chrysler. Raoul constantly called me with updates as to the progress of the repair. He was extremely helpful in describing the problem, what had to be done and how long it would take; (2) My van needed to have all four brake rotors replaced and as it turns out, a rear caliper as well. It was determined that my caliper repair was covered through an "Easy Care" program obtain when van initially purchased. Raoul worked with Easy Care and also assisted me with obtaining a rental as the part was going to take 3-5 business days to arrive and finally, (3) Raoul had recommended at the conclusion of my last service that I have my transmission fluid flushed as I was about to emark on a multi-state trip and my odometer was fast approaching 50,000 miles. I made the appointment for 8:00 a.m. as I knew it would a lengthy process and hoped it was completed before 11:00 a.m. Raoul informed me the process could take up to 3 1/2 to 4 hours. He advised me of the shuttle to JSQ that was available as I had to pick up my son at 11:00 a.m. I decided to wait around a bit - just in case. My van was ready for me to drive at 9:15 a.m.! I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased. I can't say I've had a bad experience at Hudson Chrysler. Raoul is the BEST! And Fortunato is not too bad either. :) More
I had a flat tire and the TPMS valve broke. This happened on a Sunday. I brought in my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to the dealership I purchased it from on Monday after work, around 5pm. The Service Rep, on a Sunday. I brought in my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to the dealership I purchased it from on Monday after work, around 5pm. The Service Rep, Raul Matias, assisted me on my dilemma. We both looked at my vehicle and he quickly scheduled me in for the next day, even though he was booked and busy. I received a follow up call from Raul with his suggestions and pricing for the fix. The Service technician also did a courtesy service check on my vehicle, which Raul informed me of. The TPMS valve had to be replaced with a new one and Raul suggested that we swap the flat tire with the spare tire, meaning that they would plug the flat and use it as the spare and the spare became the main tire. I agreed to this 'swap' because it saved me money on purchasing a new tire. Raul also informed me of any fixes I may need in the future from the courtesy service check. Raul also gave pricing for this. My vehicle was at the shop for another day. I received another follow up call on Wednesday from Raul that my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. The cost was $211 dollars. Raul gave me 15% discount and the price was reduced to $188 for parts and labor. I picked my vehicle on Thursday morning. The dealership employees are very professional and courteous and treat their clients like family. Even though pricing will always be an issue with me, I know that I am taken care of at the Hudson Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership on Route 440 in Jersey City, NJ. More
