Marc was terrific in helping us get the Jeep we wanted at the price we had to have. My son had recently been in a very bad car accident and safety was a key concern. But over all, it was a pain free experiance. until i stept into the office to do all the finacial stuff, i felt a little hostility. and i dont appreciate being told im nuts cuz i dont want any of the other "perks". one the person says no, drop it, tryin to lowball someone into getting the other stuff is just bad manners, remember the customer is always right. i'd recommend this dealership to a second time car buyer whos been there done that. but i must say service was fast and professional, until the money came into play. All of the staff that i dealt with were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. They went out of there way to help me and get me on the road in my dream car but they were NOT pushy or overly aggressive professional, and helpful.
