Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience, as I was an out-of-state purchaser. The long and short of it is this- I am still dealing with paperwork in terms of registration, plates, and sticker tags, as this was an out of state transaction, and I'm sure that this type of situation will arise again. John Goncalves was the only person who was able to answer and assist with some of the issues/procedures with the purchase of a vehicle from someone out of state. The entire staff could use a training session on this protocol. This experience felt like a hassle for myself and my family, and it could have been avoided if paperwork and 3rd parties did their job properly in the first place. The staff was courteous, but they struggled with this out-of-state transaction, and it caused myself and my parents much anxiety, and was an incovenience. More
