From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was sure I had to be wary of tricky salesmen but these guys proved me wrong. Julio Perez gave me the best deal from the start without any hassle. I told him my preferences and budget limits and he was able to meet all of my needs and standards within a reasonable amount of time. In addition to the friendly atmosphere, I had a great time browsing the lot and showroom. They definitely know the true meaning of customer service! One thing I definitely admired was Julio's patience and willingness to work me. I stepped out mid-way between negotiating to do some thinking about my options and in no way was I rushed or pressured. He understood where I was coming from . And it didn't take me long to make my final decision. I was so impressed with the deal they gave me, I couldn't resist. My brother-in-law leased his car from here as well and told him about his excellent experience so I gave Hudson Chrysler a try and I'm glad I did. This is my third Jeep so I knew what I wanted, I just needed a salesman who was professional and willing to navigate me through the process. Luis explained every detail of the Jeep of my choice..inside and out as well as under the hood. He didn't rush or become annoyed and when it was time to sit down I told him what I wanted to pay and Luis made it happen. Luis was so knowledgable and made the process easy. My answer and the paperwork was stress free. Actually when my answer came back positive and so quickly I grabbed Luis and hugged and kissed him!
