I was in need of a new truck after experiencing a total loss during an accident. My choice of trucks are Jeeps, therefore, I began my search in the internet. I located a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Hudso loss during an accident. My choice of trucks are Jeeps, therefore, I began my search in the internet. I located a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Route 440 Jersey City. I looked at the sales representative reviews and found Luis Cabezas had very good evaluations from previous customers. I contacted him and scheduled an appointment to test drive the truck. Upon arriving at the dealer Luis had everything ready for me to test drive the truck. He was friendly , polite and very knowledgeable. During the test drive Luis was patient and explained the features of the truck. After arriving back to the dealer Luis showed me all the features of the truck in detail and very thoroughly, and answered all my questions. Also, he explained the next step of the purchase process. I enjoyed making business with Luis. I felt no pressure, and he presented himself as an experienced sales representative who is passionate about his work. Luis' sales manager Johnny G. was available the entire time and was accommodating to my needs, which was important to me. My experience at Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge was painless and enjoyable. The atmosphere at the dealer was relaxed and very friendly. I left the dealership with my brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo of my dreams with a big smile on my face. For anyone in need of a new/or used truck/car, I will highly recommend to ask for Luis Cabezas. More

Very bad, I bought a dodge caliber, after being there for 8 hours, they offered me $400 for my pickup truck, wich was in excellent condition, my temp plates ran out before my new plates came in, I called thr 8 hours, they offered me $400 for my pickup truck, wich was in excellent condition, my temp plates ran out before my new plates came in, I called three times a day, and was told it was already registered, they where just waiting for them from central office, after 8 day of not being able to drive my car, they finally called me and said my registration was ready, when I got there, I found that they rushed and registered it the day before, a week after the temps where expired! And a week after they told me its been done! I understand things happen, but why lie??? This was the worst experience I've ever had! I would ent recommend them to my worst enemy! I will be following up with complaints with the dodge corporate office, I don't see any truth in any of the reviews I've read here, this place is horrible! More
