I really enjoyed the personalized arrangement of the round tables making it very inviting for your party to also be a part of the conversation instead of the notorious personal cubicles or desks normally seen at other dealerships. In addition the sales personnel were excellent. Particularly Antonio M. Francisco because he was sensitive to my needs as a potential car buyer. He understood my personal and financial needs to put together a great deal! To continue I originally was deciding on the purchase of two vehicles but was hesitant to do both at the same time. Antonio was direct with me, did not pressure me, and was able to create a great package deal for both cars which I accepted. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. just inquiring about a second. Antonio was never blatant was any pressure to purchase that same day which I really respected. More

One of the reasons I continue to have my vehicle serviced here instead of any other dealer is because of the service department manager Liza. She's very knowledgeable of Chrysler Jeep Dodge vehicles and as a customer that's what we feel comfortable in knowing. I give you guys a five star. More

I had data with me detailing the fair market prices so I could negotiate with them. I spent an hour and a half with Tony, a very nice sales man. We both spoke to our price needs/wants and I believe agreed that we needed to discuss further. Then Tony made a tragic and unfortunate mistake of inviting his rude, condescending, not nice, and flippant manager over to blow the entire relationship. He also removed any chance i'm spending 35k in that dealership. sorry tony, bad decision More

Already the check engone light is on and no one ever submitted the paperwork on the warranty. I have made at least 10 to 15 phone calls and I have not gotten a single call back. Terrible way to do business. No calls no help or explanation. Next step is to call the better business bureau, maybe then I can't get some help. More
Buyer Beware I would be wary of buying a car here. I set out to purchase a specific vehicle that I found on cars.com and I had practically already made up my mind I would be wary of buying a car here. I set out to purchase a specific vehicle that I found on cars.com and I had practically already made up my mind about buying it. however, when I went to look at the car (and took my mechanic along) we found that this dealer may be "hiding" the fact that the check engine light is on. The way they do it is to "reset" the computer and thus when the car is hooked up to a code sensor, it shows various monitors "incomplete" and therefore you don't know what, if anything, could be wrong with the car. We brought this to their attention and the manager got very agitated. The salesman had tried to convince me that their crappy 6 month warranty would cover me, but when you actually read the warranty, it only covers engine and transmission and no electrical or sensor problems. My mechanic tells me that this car would not even pass inspection and that very possibly the check engine light would come on after driving 100-200 miles, indicating any series of problems. The manager never once tried to convince me that the car was OK, instead argued with me that even a brand new car can have a sensor go bad if you fill the gas tank with the car running. Please! They wouldn't warranty the issue and wouldn't even consider selling the car a measly $1500 cheaper!! They know that the next person who looks at that car wont have a mechanic with a code reader, so the next unlucky person will buy this headache at full asking price. Thank God I walked out of there when I did! More
