Horrible customer service I went in to see if i could trade in my vehicle and get into another vehicle. When i arrived at the dealership I was first greeted by a man and after I went in to see if i could trade in my vehicle and get into another vehicle. When i arrived at the dealership I was first greeted by a man and after about 5 to 10 minutes of this gentlemen speaking with me he passed me off onto a different salesman altogether. When I asked the second salesman as to why he took over his response was the other salesman had a vehicle service client show up and he has to handle that customer first before he could get to me. Needless to say that I wasn't quite happy to have that experience happen to me and I think it was rude and unprofessional of that saleman to do. Furthermore i will not be going back to this dealership anytime soon and i will not be recommending that dealership to anyone that I know. More
