If you want a headache then by all means.. I have never written a review before my experience with this dealership. The pros are the price was the best I found after some aggressive negotiatin I have never written a review before my experience with this dealership. The pros are the price was the best I found after some aggressive negotiating. Once the deal was agreed to, my experience went downhill quickly. I waited and waited and waited for them to do paperwork (hours and hours). I got zero explanation as to why I was waiting for so long except “we are busy”. The salesman was nice but incompetent. John, the manager, passed the buck to the dopes that work for him. I felt badly for the salesman because he was nice but wow he couldn’t do anything well. The cashier had an attitude even while I was paying and promises to follow up on small issues were not done in a timely manner or as promised. All in all, Good price but horrible customer service in every way possible. Lots of current customers seemed upset while I was there. The sales target on the other hand was tended to promptly and well. Bad form all around. My guess would be the “5 star” reviews here were written by affiliates of the dealership. More

They use SCAM loan companies & sell faulty vehicles! I leased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from there, big mistake! Not only did the vehicle literally fall apart only a few months into my lease, the dealer claim I leased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from there, big mistake! Not only did the vehicle literally fall apart only a few months into my lease, the dealer claimed that there was nothing wrong with it! You could hear the grinding noise from the transmission from inside AND outside of the car. They did not feel the need to give me a rental, when it was in their shop for more than 2 days, until I complained so much they gave me a rental. Guess what... it was another Renegade; however this one didn't make the grinding noise, they claim was a "normal sound". Then my computer needed to be updated a few times, during the 1st few months -no biggie, just inconvenient. Then they discovered that the REAR DIFFERENTIAL needed to be replaced, so they had it for over a week! (Later I found out from another dealer, via a printed hard copy of all maintenance on the vehicle, that THEY NEVER REPLACED THE DIFFERENTIAL!!!) The acceleration on the car was non-existent! I was getting the gas mileage of a Jeep Wrangler, not a Renegade! (Again, the service dept. refused to acknowledge this as well.) I finally asked if I could get out of this faulty car and they said nope! Long story short, I ended up going all the way to Chrysler Corp. after I moved to Florida and my STEERING WHEEL LOCKED AS I WAS DRIVING!!! Still, nobody wanted to admit the blatant faults of this vehicle, from the dealer, to the service dept. to Chrysler Corp. I've now moved to Florida and tried to do a lease trade in a bit early and guess what, they would not! The reasoning is that HANN FINANCIAL (my auto loan provider) has many hidden stipulations within the loan and the lease! I was not able to return the lease to anyone but direct to HANN!?!? Nobody in more than 8 local Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealers were able to touch my Renegade, all due to HANN FINANCIAL's ridiculous rules. Being that I was clearly no longer safe in this vehicle, I ultimately had to drive that piece of sh** back up to the dealer in NJ to have them return it to HANN FINANCIAL directly. What a nightmare, from start to finish, this whole ordeal has been! Oh, by the way, I'm still paying for it too because despite the laundry list of faulty equipment, loss of gas mileage and non-functioning pieces on this car, they had the audacity to still charge me a $450 disposition fee, along with falsely charging for over mileage. I'm in the process of seeking legal representation against the dealer and HANN FINANCIAL!!! ***DO NOT BUY OR LEASE FROM HUDSON CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE!!!*** More

I first made a appointment online , I recieve a call right away from this beyond and welcoming lady name Rose Lowe , to say the truth her pleasant and friendly voice made me feel super comfortable, (and I said what the heck let me just check it out ) once I got there the introduced me to Mohamed , I explain Mohamed my situation me as.a single mom I had a budge so we went with pre -own car he right away show me cars , but what I like the best that even though I was going for how nice the car would look from the outside he was checking more for a car of really low mileage, good in gas and so on ,he made me feel super comfortable, at the end I got my self with 2014 Jeep Compass 12,000 miles One owner I mean that's a great deal( I got my foot in the door) like they say ,my plan is to get a Jeep Wrangler witch I told the manager John ;) who was awesome ,I would not go no where else I will come back to Hudson Chrysler jeep dodge without a doubt I told I think they have a great team!!!!!
