My appointment was at 10. Luke said it would be about 1.5-1.45 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I decided to wait. At 11:45 I went to check on the status. He said it should be going in shortly and won’t be too much longer. I sat for a bit where u could see my car but the car hadn’t moved in 20 minutes so I decided to walk to Napule for lunch. I came back around 1pm and Luke said they were done and going to pull the car around. So I waited at the service counter for 20 minutes! Luke was very apologetic but I feel that for having an appointment, it should not have taken so long. And if they were upfront about it taking that long I could’ve gone home. No one wants to wait at the dealership for 3.5 hours. More

I was very happy with the first service on my 2024 CRV Hybrid. Although it took over 1 hour for the service, I sat in a comfortable waiting room with coffee and snacks, and I was amazed by the video show Hybrid.
