I had an appt guy never showed up after they moved the appointment 1 day ahead. Then you have your agent tell you I have to fix my wipers but reminded her that Alan is on vacation. They made me wait for appointment 1 day ahead. Then you have your agent tell you I have to fix my wipers but reminded her that Alan is on vacation. They made me wait for almost 2 hours after I told them to keep me updated when their staff was going to be in. But never showed up! I was getting my dings on our truck fixed which we paid for BUT the paint is not covered! I never dealt with this kind of service. When I expect you to fix dings, one should expect to fully fix it not half done. So I’m never buying a car from HONDA that’s for sure not serviced it from Sarasota Honda. Avoid avoid avoid! More

Excellent service advisor who carefully and thoroughly explained everything that was do e and needing to be done. Gave options and best practice options. Technicians provided service and explanatory vid explained everything that was do e and needing to be done. Gave options and best practice options. Technicians provided service and explanatory video. I waited on my vehicle and was appreciative of the timely fashion that I was checked in, waiting time and then checked out. More

I have not been impressed with Sarasota Honda. We purchased the Pilot in March - Patrick was awesome, but apparently he is no longer there. The other "managers" were aggressive - not impressed. We purchased the Pilot in March - Patrick was awesome, but apparently he is no longer there. The other "managers" were aggressive - not impressed. Service dept is not what it used to be. I bought my car in for a detail and to collect rubber mats(which was promised from the sale in March). I dropped the car at 7.30. I was told it would be ready around 2. At 3 I called as I had heard nothing. I arrived at 4, finally picked the car up around 5.30. Not impressed again. I still don't have the mats. You almost feel like you are an inconvenience for asking questions and showing up. More

My Service Advisor was Lisa who pleasantly greeted me immediately upon arrival. We briefly discussed my service needs and she was ready to get started! My vehicle was ready when promised.
