I arrived at 7:45 AM for an 8:00AM service appointment on 8/29/2024 for a warranty job that I had been told would take 45 minutes. Accordingly, I chose to wait. At 9:30 AM I checked on the status of my car a 8/29/2024 for a warranty job that I had been told would take 45 minutes. Accordingly, I chose to wait. At 9:30 AM I checked on the status of my car and learned that it had not yet been moved to the shop area. I was informed that there was no way to know how long it would be until my car was serviced. This is not acceptable! At that point I chose to go home via shuttle rather than reschedule as an appointment apparently means nothing. The one star is for the courteous and efficient shuttle driver. If not for him, it would have been zero stars. More

It is absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait to have anything done in the service department. Stop over booking appointments and maybe people would get out in a timely manner, you guys are worse th have anything done in the service department. I could go to jiffy lube and be out in. 30 minutes but remain loyal to Honda and am second guessing it More
