My service rep, Kyle, was very professional and attentive. He answered all of my questions in detail. The service was excellent, and they have a very nice waiting room with comfortable chairs, coff attentive. He answered all of my questions in detail. The service dept. was very busy, and I understand that things take time, but I don't really understand why I had to wait three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That should be a one-hour visit at most. My only suggestion is that when you make the appt online and indicate that you are going to be waiting on site (in my mind, I figured it would be an hour or so at best), they might give you an idea of the potential wait time so that you can plan accordingly. More
