For starters, I'm not entirely sure if this is a dealer issue or a Honda issue, but it's been a major point of frustration for me. I scheduled an appointment to fix the "important" recall Honda issued on my vehicle's fuel pump. Now, I schedule these appointment weeks in advance. Yet, the last three times when I've showed up they don't have the fuel pump and "need to order it and put my name on it so that it's there next time." I'm still waiting for that to happen.
