We had bought a used car with low mileage in 2008, and took it in for an engine light on and the Honda dealership service department told me the car has a transmission problem not worth fixing because of took it in for an engine light on and the Honda dealership service department told me the car has a transmission problem not worth fixing because of the high cost. I was so up set, Keva Williams called me and said to come on in and talk, they did give us a good deal on that car. (we are still out the difference of what we paid off) thinking this would be our last car going into retirement. But we found a car within our price range and they did come down and with the trade in we were able to buy this 2010 Toyota Camry SE, with low mileage, and hopefully it will take us through retirement, Thank you Kev, we were leery but you did your job and we came out with another car. I would recommend Honda Village because I went in looking for a vehicle, and although I wasn't clear what type of vehicle I wanted, the sales person, worked with me to help me find the vehicle that would be for a vehicle, and although I wasn't clear what type of vehicle I wanted, the sales person, worked with me to help me find the vehicle that would be the right fit. I wasn't pressured into getting a particular one, or pushed into one direction or another, but rather, the specialist, through her combined her skills with factors such as my budget, and the use that was going to be given to the vehicle, among others, and went ahead to show me the different options that fitted into my criteria. So, the whole process was about fulfilling my needs, which is the idea behind buying a new car. More
