Jim and the team of managers and business professionals helped us to make a great deal. Prior to going to Honda Village, I visited three other car dealerships in which I had a less than average experience. However, thanks to Georgi, I cannot imagine having a better car shopping experience. He was extremely friendly, accommodating, attentive and knowledgeable about the various types of cars and services available. After making my decision on what car I wanted to purchase, I learned that the dealership did not have the color I wanted. However, at no point in time did Georgi try to persuade me into getting another color just to make a quick sale. He also worked with me regarding my price range, which allowed me to purchase a car stress free and without any regrets. I feel as though Georgi went out of his way on several occasions to make sure I left Honda Village a satisfied customer, and I am glad to say he did. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Honda to see Georgi at Honda Village in Newton! More

Pleasant shopping experience and the best price in Boston I'm glad that I got to work with Manny Zabatta shopping for my very first new car. Manny was very professional and friendly. His quiet and non-pushy approach helped defusing much of my stress, while his efficient and punctual execution saved me valuable time away from work. He was quite reasonable in price negotiation and quickly agreed to a deal that was better than in the other Honda dealership that I checked. Although initially he tried to sell me a color that they happened to have in stock, when I insisted on a more rare color he arranged for a quick delivery from a partner dealership. My experience with his finance managers was a bit less pleasant. Although the first manager seemed very nice and did not push the extra warranties too hard, he did make a costly mistake while finalizing the pricing. Not sure if it was on purpose or he was simply not very good at math, I had to use MATLAB on my iPad to catch the mistake in time. After that I took my time to read slowly every document I had to sign, for which I received a rude comment from the second finance manager, who came to hurry me up. Back with Manny I felt safe again, he made all the remaining paperwork a breeze and when the car arrived with a tiny scratch he agreed to install an extra accessory for free and threw in an extra free oil change for me. Overall, my current impression is that Honda Village is the best Honda dealership in Boston area (you should be ready to do your own math anyways). Now I just hope that their mechanics are that good as well. More

Skeptical at first because of the "dealership price" reputation, I had more than one bad experience with the previously mentioned so called tire experts. I was not going back for a third time and hoping they get it right this time. As it turns out everything TFT thought was wrong with the way my car drove had nothing to do with it. Had I kept replacing and changing everything they suggested I would have spent way beyond what I did to have Honda Village fix my car issues. The service was excellent, the time was swift and above all they got it right the first time and it was such a relief to get what I payed for. The Service Advisor (Phil Simmons) was straight up and honest, he went out of his way to put me in a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. As I waited for the loaner to be brought out to me I was greeted and treated with a red carpet treatment by the General Sales Manager. My Service Advisor (Phil Simmons) kept me informed previously, during and after the job was done. Such a relief to finally get what I payed for and to get it done right the first time. More

Great Overall Service My daughter and I were both looking to lease cars. I had three dealerships I was going to visit and Honda Village was the first one on my list. I never made it to the other two. I currently owned a 2002 Honda Civic and I loved the car but definitely needed an upgrade. My daughter was thinking more along the lines of leasing a Ford or a Mazda. When we got to the dealership, she immediately liked the silver Honda Civic EX that was in the showroom and said I want that car and she got that car (literally). I opted for the Accord with leather seats, sunroof and more technology than I know how to operate yet. Manny was our salesperson and he was great - very personable, knowledgeable, took lots of time with both myself and my daughter, was not the least bit pushy, made suggestions of things for us to consider. We also found Barry, who was the finance person we dealt with, to be very helpful. Everything went very smoothly and we were driving our new cars in 2 days time. We both love our cars and would recommend Honda Village to anyone. More

I needed a car for school and work since I lived far away from the city. My boyfriend has advice me to try Honda village because that's where he get in car service. All the other employee at the dealership were very friendly, but unfortunately I didn't get the car I wanted and left. Thanks to Davon that always check on his customers, he advice me to come back and check out other cars that were Honda's so I went few days later. Now I'm happy to say I drive a Honda civic coupe thanks to him. More
