When brought to their attention, they said it was a mistake, and were unwilling to listen or have a discussion, in favor of "we are done here." Also, they forgot to tighten two of the lug nuts. Really? Now I have to go back and check everything. More

They went with me (to hand hold), when I went to buy a car. I bought and it was painless. Peter and Honda have been great - especially with all my follow-up questions and issues: "Peter I got a ticket while I was there", "Peter Honda Finance needs info on the prior leased car", "Peter I left my Fast Pass in the car that I returned", Peter.........(to be continued I am sure). He is patient and always there - by email, phone and text. He went to work on his day off to get my FastPass. Peter knows his stuff, and knew the answers to all my questions. Peter and Honda have been wonderful, and I highly recommend both. They even hunted down the color that I wanted. Oh - and my Honda Accord is delightful! More

Great customer service We went to other Honda dealers before we found Honda Village, at the other locations the sales people didn't know the difference between the car model We went to other Honda dealers before we found Honda Village, at the other locations the sales people didn't know the difference between the car models and were not that friendly. Julie from Honda village was the complete opposite, she knows everything about the cars, insurance, returning an old lease, you name it. She was friendly not pushy and it felt like she is there for us. We also got a much better price. I would buy there again for sure More

I had been shopping online for several weeks but when contacted through email, the majority of dealerships would not disclose their best dealer pricing. Instead, the dealerships would request that I schedule an appointment to visit the showroom and discuss pricing onsite. When I contacted Honda Village, Yohan Smith reached out to me through email. He was straight forward, friendly and prompt. And when requested, I was emailed a reasonable low price that did not even require negotiating or scheduling an onsite visit. So because of Yohan Smith's modern approach to car buying, not only did I drive away with a new 2016 Pilot in less than 24 hours but I would recommend Yohan Smith and Honda Village to my family and friends without hesitation. The same day I reached out Carl he put me in touch with Julie Campos Selection Specialist and the finance manger within two days I had a lease all done via phone . Julie went above and beyond to help me get my lease papers signed even by driving to the hospital where my dad is (dad being my co signer) to insure I would be in the car this week ! The entire experience has been amazing and I can not thank them Enough for helping me out. Thank you Honda Village. More
