The whole team in sales and service is excellent and you get great price and discounts once you clearly undestand what you need and want. The proffessional staff is excellent in assisting you to understand your needs and will help in learning and setting up electronics and all features upon car delivery. I even got delivery at home when I dis not have a car to get to the dealership. I particularly like working with Georgi Stoev as it takes minutes to figure things out and come up with transaction plan. I am sure that there are other very good sales people as well, and once you get familiar with a sales person you will be able to work very efficiently with them each time you decide getting a honda. Regarding crosstour: I cannot understand why it did not get extremely popular yet. This is an AWD car with 6 cylinders. It as quick as my other car, SUV Volvo XC60 T6 and yet it is more mobile. It is extremely steady during strong side wind on a highway: I see meny cars, including SUVs slowing down during the side wind, while my Honda crosstour is untouched. It has very quiet, and yet powerful engine; feels like a luxury car. The price is only slightly higher than accord V6 9which is only front wheel drive), and you get side camera and back camera and many other very helpful features More

Oil Changes pet peeves The purchase process some about 18 months ago went very well. No big pressure and easy to deal with. But, we have a pet peeve with Service dept. First The purchase process some about 18 months ago went very well. No big pressure and easy to deal with. But, we have a pet peeve with Service dept. First of all, the people at desk who take care of booking appointments and getting vehicle serviced are, for the most part, not very knowledgeable. Maybe that is par for the couse for many dealerships. BUT, in the past I had dealt for years with both Woburn Toyota and Clay Nissan and those deskpeople were preety much up to speed with facts on their vehicles...so it's best you go in knowing what you need or else they will just go "by the book". Just as important is the way your car comes back after a simple oil change. First of all, they do charge over $50 for a simple oil & filter change...telling you about cost of 0-20W oil but not mentioning $20 labor. I think that cost is too high for a Honda CRV. I used to have my oil/filter changed on my Nissan Pathfinder just down the street for consistently below $30 and even left with SUV washed each time. Additionally Nissan regularly sent discount coupons on service such as oil changes - not so with Honda (national home company). My BIG PET PEEVE is with simple oil change is twofold: 1) You make an appointment, even for 7AM (1st appt of day) and it takes them between 45 - 50 minutes to change the oil/filter (even if you tell them do nothing else!). Then, each time I get the SUV back....their people have left many items changed within the car. In my last oil change, I got in the vehicle to leave and I found: 1) seat positionsignificantly moved (understandable I guesss), Rear View mirror shifted, Display on screen reset to something different, the blower on and at MAX speed and heat on at MAX temp! When I used to bring either my Pathfinder SUV to Clay Nissan or my Toyota Camry to Woburn Toyota, I never ever noticed ANYTHING reset/changed other than occasionally seat position! That is very irritating and they should assure their people leave all or most settings the way they find them and the way customer prefers them! VERY VERY IRRITATING to find and readjust everything! I cannot vouch for serious service work as I have had no serious issues with SUV. But, simple oil changes are too costly, take too long, and techs leave inside settings to whatever they want! More
