A fantastic experience, would recommend them to anyone!! I initially got in touch with one of the managers Jason who made sure that this experience was much better than my previous which consisted of harassi I initially got in touch with one of the managers Jason who made sure that this experience was much better than my previous which consisted of harassing and relentless phone calls. He then put me in touch with Scott Stafford who we worked with. First of all they don't call, they email or text which is the most convenient in this busy tech savvy world we live in. He got right down to business, listened, and made it as time efficient as possible. I ended up upgrading from the 2016 Honda Civic EX to the LX and am absolutely in love!! He further assisted me in the refund process which was not in his jurisdiction but took the time to communicate with me during a time where I was personally juggling multiple responsibilities came into play. No pun intended, but he is definitely driven, and I had a very pleasant experience working with your outstanding Sales Consultant, Mr. Jonathan Dias. No pun intended, but he is definitely driven, and he is the consummate professional. I found him to be very attentive and customer focused, and most importantly he listened carefully and satisfactorily address my concerns and what I was conveying to him. Honda Village Newton has a tremendous asset in Jonathan and he has the proper training, product knowledge base, and savoir faire to get the job done. We test drove at least 3 vehicles which he physically moved around back and forth eagerly to access. Then he spent sufficient time to make sure I was making the right choice and worked out a great deal for me the 2nd visit resulting with me leasing the top of the line 2016 Honda Accord (Touring). I wasn't even in the market originally as I was in the dealership for service. Given a ranking from 1 to 10, if there is one, I would happily give him a 10 which would be one of the highest honor a customer would give to a sales professional for outstanding and satisfactory performance and customer service. I was deciding between a new HR- My experience at the Honda Village in Newton was fantastic. My car specialist was Peter and he was more than helpful. I was deciding between a new HR-V or Fit and Peter explained clearly positives and drawbacks of both cars. He was very objective and gave me clear and specific information. I ultimately decided on the HR-V, which I am incredibly thrilled with! Peter knew I wanted a specific color and went the extra mile to find a dealership that had it. He also only explained extra features of the car that were effective and useful. Every thing he said was genuine, which in my opinion is hard to find when shopping for a car. I truely appreciate Peter and the entire team at Honda Village in Newton. Definitely a terrific and easy experience. More

We have been very happy with Honda, but will shop at a different dealership next time because our experience with the service department has been abysmal. The last straw was the oil change we didn't receive today. I made an appointment on their app, they called to confirm my appointment an hour before it was scheduled, and when I showed up they took my car and gave no indication that there would be an issue. They noted that there were 3 cars ahead of for oil changes, but since it takes maybe 10 minutes I didn't think that should be an issue. Almost an hour later I went to check on my car, and there had been no progress. Why have appointments if you don't honor them? The serve rep was unprofessional and rude. There was no customer service. I would recommend using a different Honda dealership. More

While all of the pre-work was done via email (my choice), when it came time to visit with Josh at Honda Village, the work and transaction was very straightforward and simple. I came in on Monday for about an hour, signed the paperwork, and with the exception of the obligatory upsell of floormats and door protectors, and finance pitch around Simoniz and maintenance packages (oils changes et al) which I appreciated the efforts on, it was hassle free. I came back on Tuesday. Josh ran me through the essentials of the operation of this new model and I was off in 45 minutes. All in all, relatively painless. I'd recommend you work with Josh. You always get the line, "we need you to rate us a 10". Josh earned his 10. Many thanks! More
