Great Experience! I went in to Honda Village this past weekend just for an oil change on my 2013 Civic and ended up driving off in a new Accord! Everyone I encountered I went in to Honda Village this past weekend just for an oil change on my 2013 Civic and ended up driving off in a new Accord! Everyone I encountered in Honda Village was beyond helpful! My morning started with Kelsey in service and she was SO kind, offering coupons that I might have missed through my e-mails and explaining to me exactly what needed to be done to the car and why. When I left Kelsey I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Josh - he was a HUGE help in this whole experience. I cannot say enough about how great he was! Josh explained everything about the new Accord, the buying process, and what to expect after – I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all and did everything he could to make sure everything was going the way I wanted. Ivo in finance was also just incredible! Ivo worked with me to make sure I understood the financing options, insurance options, and everything in between! I sat with him for quite some time asking questions and he answered to the best of his ability and made sure I was comfortable with all my decisions before signing anything. I know Josh was in contact with Carl in management who also helped make this experience go as smooth as possible. Overall I am thrilled with my new car and everyone who had a hand in helping me get it! THANK YOU!! More

Bad Attitude I first contacted with Rory and he never came back to me after he introduced Ali to me. It was okay. Ali was okay for the first day. But when I tried I first contacted with Rory and he never came back to me after he introduced Ali to me. It was okay. Ali was okay for the first day. But when I tried to offer more deals, he seemed to lose his interest in the sale and finally he said I should go away. So, what should I do? I purchased the same vehicle with a better offer at another dealership. I didn't think I offered the unreasonable deal because I got a better deal with the other dealership. I thank to him because he let me have a chance to get a better deal, and I wish he wouldn't lose any customer with that impatient attitude in the future. More

The salesman was very knowledgeable, professional, and applied NO weird selling tactics. In the end, I negotiated the price over the phone and everything went smoothly and without surprises. I also requested to not have a hard sell on all of the additional warranties that are offered after the purchase, and they complied with that request. I'd definitely recommend this dealership. More

Horrible customer service in Service Department I have a Honda Civic leased from Honda Village 2 years ago (2015 model). Air Conditioning stopped working but should be covered by Warranty. Day 1: I have a Honda Civic leased from Honda Village 2 years ago (2015 model). Air Conditioning stopped working but should be covered by Warranty. Day 1: Brought the car in for AC check up/repair that should be on the Warranty. After 3 hours waiting was told by Joe Panichella, the service manager, that freon leaked out through AC compressor and needs to be changed. This needs to be done another time since AC converter needs to be ordered. Day 2: brought the car in to change AC compressor. Was told it needs to stay at the dealership overnight for pickup tomorrow. Day 3: came to pick up the repaired car. Was told by George, another service manager, that mouse ate wires going to the AC converter and that's why it is not working. The car was still on stand with wheels off (not clear why). Was told that the warranty doesn't cover the 'mouse damage' and to change 2 wires will cost $360. Day 4: Came to pick up they car. No repairs done. Summary: 1) Nobody can explain where freon went! Did it evaporate by itself? xxxxxxxx! 2) Wasted 4 days of work. Who is going to pay me back for those? 3) Why the message about what the problem was has changed over time? Bad Service/Technicians? 4) Sounds like Service Department doesn't like warranty repairs because they are free and wants to earn some money. Horrible! Unprofessional service that is trying to cheat you. More

We had gone to another dealer the day before we reached out to Honda Village for an online quote. About 10 minutes later I received an email from Josh and we arranged to go meet him later that day. When we got there he already had the car ready for the test drive. Throughout the process Josh was very knowledgeable about the car and honest with us. We have been very happy with experience and we are very happy with our car! We would definitely recommend him and Honda Village. More
