The dealership misled to believe that my vehicle was being worked on that day. It was not. I was being told that they couldn't figure out what the issue was but the next day they were able to figure out being worked on that day. It was not. I was being told that they couldn't figure out what the issue was but the next day they were able to figure out the code and that it was just a battery connector issue. Wasted my day and time. And I've lost all faith with this dealership now from the sales side and service. Unethical behavior in both sides of the business and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau to escalate this behavior. Unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere after my lease expires. More
