Body work Received an estimate and got a second opinion of the estimate. When I brought my car in to have the work done after they started the vehicle they info Received an estimate and got a second opinion of the estimate. When I brought my car in to have the work done after they started the vehicle they informed me that the estimate is incorrect and needed to provide me with a new estimate. The second estimate was almost double. Obviously I was extremely disappointed and after discussing with George and Manager we were able to work things out, but still ended up paying a lot more than anticipated. At the end of the day the quality of the work that was done I was extremely staisfied with. More

Stupid wife trick I bumped into my husband's car so felt like I needed to take care of the repair myself. Good estimate from Hoffman and very courteous service.
