San got our new vehicle ready and went over its systems to our satisfaction. Our trade in had transmission problems. Tim got Honda corporate to approve 75% of repair costs or he offered a full trade in value for our car if we decided to trade it in on a new vehicle. These were outstanding offers since our trade in was out of warranty. We chose to purchase the new CRV and as promised Tim gave us full value on our trade leaving the dealer and Honda Corporate to fix the issues on the trade without any cost to us.
