On a recent trip to Hinshaw’s Honda in Auburn to purchase a new CR-V, I had the distinct pleasure of working with Garrett Baquet of their sales force. This person was nice, friendly, chatty, but when I declined their grossly overpriced gap insurance and protection packages, the F&I person started to get combative and passive aggressive. This ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth, especially after paying almost full sticker price for the car. More
