I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2017 Tesla Model S 90D from Hilinemotors, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From start to finish, Ameen, the salesman who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect car for my needs. Ameen's professionalism and knowledge of electric vehicles, particularly Teslas, were truly impressive. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable insights into the features and benefits of the Model S 90D. His passion for electric vehicles was evident, and it made the buying process both enjoyable and educational. Moreover, the service I received at Hilinemotors was exceptional. The dealership had a wide selection of high-quality used vehicles, and the Tesla Model S 90D I purchased was in pristine condition. Ameen made sure that the car was thoroughly inspected and ready for me to drive off the lot with confidence. The entire purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Ameen's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. He worked tirelessly to accommodate my needs and ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. As for the 2017 Tesla Model S 90D itself, it has exceeded all of my expectations. The car is a marvel of engineering, combining cutting-edge technology, breathtaking performance, and unmatched luxury. I feel like I'm driving the future every time I step behind the wheel. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend both Ameen and Hilinemotors to anyone in the market for a high-quality used vehicle, especially if you're considering a Tesla. Their commitment to customer service and satisfaction is second to none, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. More

The car they sold me was a ticking time bomb, riddled with undisclosed mechanical problems that have cost me a small fortune in repairs. I was lied to by the salesman that no longer works there, and I quote "because of reasons like this, I no longer work there". I contacted the dealership on multiple occasions with no answer of course. It’s evident that they have no ethics or concern for their customers’ well-being. If you have any regard for your hard-earned money and peace of mind, steer clear of this establishment at all costs. Dealing with them has been a harrowing and infuriating ordeal that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. More
I don't know what to say about my great experience with Hilinemotors and my salesman, Bob. I bought a Hummer H2 back in 2021. it was $10,000 below market value and had no accident. It was very clean it had Hilinemotors and my salesman, Bob. I bought a Hummer H2 back in 2021. it was $10,000 below market value and had no accident. It was very clean it had a great service history with new tires and was recently serviced and the fact that some how they were able to get me done even though the car was pretty old. if it wasn't for the friendly faces and the great deal I found off of true car I wouldn't have the best car I've ever owned. if zero stars were available that's what they would get. every word every other review has written is true. communication completely stops once they get the money paperwork didnt get sent until the very every word every other review has written is true. communication completely stops once they get the money paperwork didnt get sent until the very last day allowable by law( which the employee told me he planned on doing since he " knows the laws" ) paperwork wasn't correct, still isn't as of this review they told me they were sending the paperwork to a random title service( which my state doesn't use typically ) . when asked why they refuse to send the paperwork to the insurance agent as typical in my state, " I NEVER listen to the customer, I use Google" they didnt even send the paperwork to the title service they claimed they were going to. deceptive, rude, unknowledgeable , they lied and said they had the title, it was with the lean holder they won't give me the 2nd key the title was not clean, it was scribbled on which made it ineligible for transfer to me therefore I cannot title the car and I am stuck paying a loan on a car I cant use or sell they refuse to correct the title , they just ignore me they knew that would be the outcome, the sales guy said that to me on the phone they refused to answer emails, call etc. one employee screamed at me" I am from Brooklyn , we don't play that way" why is where he comes from important? that felt threatening , as it was supposed to be there are so many other good dealers , please go to them instead , if I had known before I entered into a deal with them, I would have run away. lesson learned, I stupidly assumed they had morals and decency. only dealers with something to hide behave this way. there was one very nice man I spoke with on the phone, I cant recall his name, he worked in the industry for 31 years, too bad he couldn't have conducted my entire transaction. I dealt with Steve and Gabe. It was impossible to get in touch with the owner . Texas DVM has the complaint. the AG wast very interested, which works to the dealers advantage Filing a law suit seems to be the only option if screwing people out of honestly paid money is their objective , they have won the game. if breaking xxxxx is their objective, they win that as well its disgusting and Karma has a way of taking care of these things , even if I never see the result . After my first review and being contacted by the Sales rep, Tommy, I am changing my review to a 5 star! If you want to deal with a despicably crooked company, I hightly reccomend HiLine Motors! Quote fro rep, Tommy, I am changing my review to a 5 star! If you want to deal with a despicably crooked company, I hightly reccomend HiLine Motors! Quote from Tommy's txt: "We didn't even make anything off your Car , couldn't even by my baby anything with that cheap commission ." How is that for after-purchase customer service! To be totally fair to Tommy, and per his suggestion, I should call out everyone involved ... so here goes... Steve Salerno sent the "Doctored" docusign showing that HiLine owed nothing else on the car. When questioned, Steve said, "we are way beyond that." General Sales Manager, Gabe Deleon replied to 1 of several emails requesting clarification of costs in writing. NOW to be totally fair to both Steve and Gabe, I don't believe either had knowledge of Tommy's promises. I believe that they were simply working out of common business practices with needed information being withheld. More
Well now back to a 1 star simply due to 0 stars is not an option. It appears that calling out the misbehavior (outright lying by their sales staff) makes customers, “racist”. I had no idea that lying was a option. It appears that calling out the misbehavior (outright lying by their sales staff) makes customers, “racist”. I had no idea that lying was a trait specific and limited to any single race. No, lying to make a sale is the result of an absence of a moral compass. More
