Dealer floor well lighted, not flashy, all cars indoor, like Jay Leno's garage without all the unnecessary glitz. (I can't take that home anyway.) What they say they have, when they say its ready, all points covered, all questions asked answered promptly. Financing ready when you are, no pressure, no rush. Prior to this purchase I cannot emphasis how many wasted trips, dishonest dealers, bait and switch, pressure to buy what they wanted to sell, instead of what I wanted. Got my mid-life, 60th birthday, just for me car. Gabe, Mike, Sam, you give dignity to the profession. Lots of dealers should take note.
