I had alway June 18, 2019 SERVICE VISIT "Excellent and trusted service" - Laura I could not recommend Herb Gordon Subaru service department enough. I had always made a point to go to mom-pop service stations, but went to this dealer for service out of convenience. They were awesome! Michael Goodman managed my service, and he made sure I knew my options, the amount of time and costs for each choice, and the level of need associated with each choice. At no point did he try to push anything extra on me. When it became clear to the mechanic that I needed new tires, he showed me a photo of my tread and presented my options based on my driving patterns. When it was clear that my visit was going to last longer than expected, he helped me get lunch. Most important to me is that this dealership has a quite room upstairs with desks and wifi so that I could get work done. I actually got more work done than I would have had I gone to the office. It is nice to know that my car is in good hands and that I can get work done in a comfortable place while it is being repaired. More
