What an amazing service department! I was traveling with my daughter to drop her off at college, and about three states from my normal dealership, and my car started making a horrendou I was traveling with my daughter to drop her off at college, and about three states from my normal dealership, and my car started making a horrendous sound. Googling the closest dealership, I went in first thing in the morning and was greeted by Courtney Fisher who worked some miracles to ensure we stayed on schedule and weren't delayed in getting my daughter to her first day! Courtney was able to discern the problem almost immediately and moved the schedule around to get us taken care of quickly. She was the definition of customer service and southern hospitality. Oneill in the parts department also helped with outfitting the car with some additional swag that my daughter didn't know she needed :) I highly recommend Hendrick Volvo in Charleston for parts and service (and would likely shop there for my next Volvo if I lived in Charleston as I know it would be in good hands for service!).
