My daughter accompanied me on this sale & Damon remembered her & inquired about her well being w/ every car purchase! I transferred to Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital in NC & my other daughter & grand daughter moved in w/ me. Due to growing family, I decided to purchase XC60- truly a great crossover! In 2014 I retired from military, moved to Florida & adventured to purchase my next car, buying S70- an exciting convertible! This was easily the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I found a few cars on their website I thought I might be interested in, and sure enough when I arrived both of them were sitting out front, ever had. Evan Smith met us in the parking lot, basically before I could get out of the car, which was fantastic. I had never driven a Volvo before, so the questions were plentiful and Evan answered them all like he had been in Volvos for years. We agreed on a deal pretty late, so they gave us a loaner while they took some time to detail the car. Evan even called us a few days after driving the car off the lot to see if there were any questions we had. Excellent service across the board, definitely recommend! More
