This is the second used Volvo (2020 XC60 FWD in this case) that we purchased from TJ in the past month. I live 2 hours away from Hendricks Volvo but it was worth the trip both times. He made the entire trade-in and buying process very simple, straight forward and hassle free. We bought the second vehicle sight unseen because we trust TJ completely. When he told us that the car we saw online was in "like new" condition, we put a deposit down right then. When I arrived a couple days later to pick up the car, it looked even better than I expected and he had all the paperwork ready to go. He even worked with me on the value of my trade-in and did all the detailed paperwork to help me take advantage of a limited time Costco discount. So not only was it an easy, hassle free buying experience, we got a great deal. All thanks to TJ! More
