Brought my Subaru in for oil change and general check up of the car was included. Gus Allen was clear on what needed to be done in the future and there were no extra charges. I had a coupon for oil change and he was quick to use this and my bill was less than if I would have gone to an other garage. Gus Allen made sure car was cleaned and the car was brought to me quickly when I arrived to pick it up. I must also add that Performance Subaru has a great car service to bring you home or to work and pick you up at a designated time as well, I will continue to use the dealership despite the fact that my service plan with Subaru has expired. Visited Performance Subaru Service for the first service on my 2011 Subaru Outback. Tom White was my Service Consultant. Since this was my first visit to Performance Subaru Service he showed me their great waiting area with free wi-fi & TV along with the area for free drinks/refreshments. Tom said it would take about 45 minutes and he was back in 50 minutes with my car washed & finished. Definitely will be back for all my service needs. Tom & Performance Subaru take all the hassle out of getting your vehicle serviced. More

What was supposed to be a four day job took ten business days. This was unacceptable. I had service work that I also wanted done, but it couldn't be done in the time you had my car. When I picked the car up, the parking lights were on and while the car was locked, one of the doors was not closed tightly. Also the rear window wiper was broken. This is not the type of treatment I except from a Subaru dealer. I took the car to another dealer for the service work. The damage being repaired was not that extensive. While I understand that State Farm had to approve additional work, it should not have taken six additional work days to complete the job. I had had an oil change there previously and was treated very well. That's why I brought the car there for the body work. More

I brought my Forester in with the check engine light on. It was an issue with the gas cap which they cleaned up and all was well. No charge for this under warranty visit. Performance Auto was having some special extravaganza event featuring classic Chevrolet model cars. Wow! Even with all that going on, the Subaru Service department was on the ball. They got me checked in and made sure I knew where the waiting lounge was. My wait wasn't long at all. Although my car required more service and I have to return on Tuesday. Tim Wilder scheduled my appointment and arranged for me to get a loaner car. He was wonderful. Even one of the customers was very supportive. Though they forgot my 15% discount for scheduling a Satuday appointment, Tim said they would honor it on my Tuesday service appointment. The Subaru Service department made my day! Thanks to all of you! A special thanks to Danny who left a thank you card and mint, with a smile face. Performance Subaru Service department is the best! They know my car and I am very pleased with all of them. More
