Business can seem impersonal, and you can feel like an inconvenience with a problem. I was extremely grateful Jeff got us squeezed in for service. Both headlights were out on my Sub. Service New to the area and went to Hendrick Subaru for oil change and the so called inspection. I've always used South Towne Subaru in SLC, UT and they are New to the area and went to Hendrick Subaru for oil change and the so called inspection. I've always used South Towne Subaru in SLC, UT and they are the BEST! The service department at Hendrick Subaru actually removed my air filter and cabin filter, put it back in, brought the car up, then advised I needed to change these filters. I would suggest the service department, if the person is waiting, to have advisors to come to you, at the time and show the item, you already have it out and replace. The filters could have easily been changed out at that time. Labor for something that they had already out, doesn't take but a couple of minutes was going to be close to $100, ridiculous. Also, they noted that my serpentine belt had cracks and needed to be replaced. Had that checked out somewhere else and it did not have cracks. I had a headlight out and they wanted to charge $130 for labor, to replace the bulb. I took my car home, replaced the both filters and bulb myself, in about 15 minutes. I guess since I was a woman, they felt they could do this!!!! Had to rate a 1 star, since this review would not allow me to not select a star. Will not go back. More

All communications w/Hendrick’s outstanding staff proved driving 1.5 hrs. was well worth the trip. Worked with Stacey Camp, Client Advisor, to achieve the best overall purchase, exceeding our expectations. During our purchase process we were introduced to a sales manager, business manager, and client care representative who all provided their assurance in seeing us as happy customers. Our purchase was conducted over 2 separate days and when we returned to pick up our Subaru Outback the weather was soggy, but the car was pristine. We met David Freiburghouse, Client Advisor, as we entered the dealership and he arranged for our car to be brought to the door and allowed us to inspect all aspects of the car and then even went on a drive w/us. Wonderful exchange as we finalized our deal and took the car home. We’ve been converted, dedicated Subaru owners since 2014 and we liked the first Outback so well that we’re now both driving a Subaru Outback, our 3rd purchase. Hendrick Subaru Southpoint made it so we ended up w/the best deal possible and a fabulous buying experience, too! More

And I got inspected and brake pads changed for free in the shop. I had pleasant experience twice with this dealer, and both of my sales and service advisors were very helpful. More
