Naphtali was our sales manager and he I remember the process being somewhat cumbersome. My experience at Lexus Northlake was very much the opposite! Naphtali was our sales manager and he jumped through hoops to make our experience incredible. This man would literally run through the dealership back and forth to prevent us from waiting! Naphtali kept us up to date on the entire process. Taking pictures of wheels, confirming final numbers, updates on where the car was in shipment, making sure our kids were content (he even provided food for them), Nap made us feel like we were the only customers in a very busy lexus dealership.
