Another CRV Purchase! I decided to purchase another CRV after owning one for 12 years. It continues to be at the top of all small SUV reviews so it only made sense to find I decided to purchase another CRV after owning one for 12 years. They are 10 miles further than the Honda dealership I previously purchased from, but worth the travel distance once Mansur offered me an amazing price on a totally accessorized CRV EX-L! The ONLY dealership that would help me! I'm only giving 4 stars because I am missing items that belong to my CPO Odyessy. I needed out of my current car but was turned away by every dealership I tried; but Hendrick Honda took the challenged and listened to my needs/wants for my next car. My salesman Quinnton showed me a lightly used 2018 Honda Odyessy. It was the perfect color combination and had all of the features that I wanted. I test drove the car and knew it was perfect for my growing family. The process took a LONG time- I was there for about 6 hours. We agreed on the trade in value, purchase price, and extend warranties that I wanted with little effort. (I didn't have haggle with them a lot) After it was all done, I was handed a key to my new car. Quinnton then went over every detail on the car and how things worked. I was promised the missing items within a week or 2 but I'm afraid that I will have to come out of pocket to replace these items even though my car is Certified pre-owned. More

The Stones were wrong, You CAN always get what you want I had a pretty wild car search. I had a Honda that I leased that had positive equity in it and so I was trying to get that equity out while leasing a I had a pretty wild car search. I won't mention the other dealerships but you could probably figure them out from where I'm writing this from. So I ended up selling my car to Carvana and actually started to look at other vehicles. So I was down the street from Hendrick Honda, very close to getting a new Hyundai Elantra Gt, when I decided to contact Dmitry from Hendrick Honda. I asked him if he wouldn't mind picking us up. Next thing I knew a nice girl, who ended up being our salesperson, Luana A. picked us up and brought us to the dealership. And wouldn't you know, the car I wanted all along, was smack in the middle of the sales floor with a "Managers Special" sticker on it. a 2018 Honda Civic Sport Touring. A car that two other dealerships had told me was "not in my price range" and another dealer had quoted me that same day $100 more/month. Once we sat down with Luana, Dmitry and Richard got involved, I explained where I wanted to be, and what I wanted in my new car. I made it very clear that I was interested in the "Managers Special", but was lead to believe that it was just something that I could not get at the price I wanted to be at. Well, I've had the car for two weeks, and I can't give enough credit to the team at Hendrick Honda for getting me into the car I wanted, at a price I felt comfortable spending. Richard was VERY understanding of my budget, and somehow he made it happen. Without him, I most likely would be driving a car that I wasn't 100% happy with. Then to add more happiness to my situation, I ran into someone about 4 days later. This person had just purchased the same car from a different dealer and told me straight up that they were paying $60 more per month than I was. Sounds like peanuts, over the course of 36 months, that is over $2150 in savings. After wasting days at other dealerships, I wish I went to Hendrick Honda from the beginning. More
