When I did make it into the dealer to drive the car, he was knowledgeable and proactive without being too aggressive. Between Max and the Manager (who's name I missed) I got a fantastic deal on a CRV - complete with navigation system, which was a great bonus. Went in to buy a used car but couldn't come close enough on price. Two phone calls later, we agreed to price and a to close the transaction on Saturday, May 29. Salesman showed me the final price on the sales paper and began getting insurance, drivers license, etc. Salesman said he had to take the car to the car wash prior to delivery. Five minutes later the slimey sales manager walks in with a repair bill from his shop for $1500 for repairs to the car. He stated that he couldn't sell the car to me at the agreed to price and I would have to come up with an additional $1500. Sleazy. Honda. More
