Al was very friendly, thoughtful and curtious and seemed very knowledgable about the cars. He did everything to make our experience a good one. Al was easy to talk to and made us feel welcome. I had a very positive experience working with Richard Dombroski when purchasing my 2010 Honda Civic on Sept. 3, 2010. I had done my homework on what I was willing to pay, Richard was very positive and t Dombroski when purchasing my 2010 Honda Civic on Sept. 3, 2010. I had done my homework on what I was willing to pay, Richard was very positive and there was absolutely no pressure. It was the first positive car buying experience I have had in South Florida. We agreed on the price. My transaction was tricky, because I had a friend in Ft. Myers waiting to buy my previous car. I put down an deposit to hold the car, then had a busy day driving my old car to Ft. Myers, getting a tag for him (I had just renewed my tag for two years) and rushing back to meet with Richard by end of work day. I did not have time to stop at bank so it was a cash transaction for my down payment. He worked patiently with me, never made me feel pressured in any way. His manager Cezar came buy during the sale and thanked me for my business afterwards. I also had a positive experience with Rick in Finance. When does that ever happen? He was very nice and helpful, and showed me how I could mix dealer cash with a slightly higher interest rate and pay less. I had not planned to purchase anything additional, but I ended up buying a 7 year bumper to bumper extended warranty and a maintenace package for my new car's first $25,000 miles. I plan to keep this car for a while, so I want it to be meticulously maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend the sales and finance departments of Pompano Honda. I'm hoping that my service experiences will also be positive, but I'll just have to wait and see on that. I would highly recommmend working with Richard Dombroski if you are interested in buying a new Honda as he is kind, friendly, and really does not make you feel pressured at all. Initially, we had a very bad experience with a man named Alfred. He was very rude and nasty and we are surprised that you would have someone like this representing your dealership. It all started when we to Alfred. He was very rude and nasty and we are surprised that you would have someone like this representing your dealership. It all started when we told our salesman (Al Bruno) we had to leave due to our infant son getting very "cranky". He went in to let his manager know the customers couldn't wait any longer for a trade appraisal. Alfred walked out and said "whats up with you people, I thought you were here to buy a car?". When I responded that we had been waiting two hours to get a trade value on our van and that we didn't think it should take so long, he responded "yeah, maybe in your world in shouldn't take so long". After a few more abusive comments from Alfred, my wife and I decided it was time to leave. Our salesman Al Bruno called my cell a few minuted later to apologize for his managers behavior and asked if we would come back. I told him that after being treated like that we didn't think so. Al called me again a couple days later and again, asked what he could do to earn our business. Due to Al Bruno being such a gentleman and going out of his way to help with the entire process in general, we did come back and buy a new Odyssey. And although I would reccomend Al Bruno for the great job he did, I would be very apprehensive in reccomending your dealership knowing this Alfred is still working there. More
Max was great,we went in to look around while my car was being serviced and I walked out with a new car. The service definitely met my expectations,everyone had a warm smile and had good conversation withou being serviced and I walked out with a new car.
