I asked him about a particular Honda Civic that I liked to see. He was very courteous, and he said he will look for it the next day. Next morning, I met Mr. Koppelman at Hendrick Honda's dealership. He informed me that the car I was interested in was already sold, and he presented to me another one that had the same features except it was a Hatchback. I test drove the car and it was a match for me. Mr. Nicholas Koppelman did an excellent job explaining all the car's features and technology including the Honda Sensing features.
