Horrible Service This dealership was so uncooperative when it came to needing service on our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that quit on us while on vacation. A $2,000 repai This dealership was so uncooperative when it came to needing service on our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that quit on us while on vacation. A $2,000 repair and they would not even work with Chrysler/Jeep when they called on our behalf. They gave us nothing but a hard time, misrepresented statements and lied to us about the fact that we were entitled to a rental car even though we are part of the "waive" program and absolutely are entitied, therefore making us travel 45 minutes 4 times back and forth to their dealership! Talk about ruining a vacation! This is my first Jeep and based on this experience, I'm not sure I will but another. More

Amazing I was travailing from CT and my truck broke down. We went to Neuwirth Motors to have them look at the truck.
