i would give them no stars if i could. Neuwirth Motor Sales I went to Ford first in Wilmington . Not a sales person approached me. That turned me off . No joke. I left the lot 45 minutes later. I went to Nuewirth Ram and as I pulled into the lot their top sales person Jeff Williams helped me find a parking place and offered a friendly greeting. He showed me around then and several vehicles, He knew his vehicle specifications and was a great listener. Very patient guy. Even put up with my indecisiveness and lack of clarity on what I wanted in a Pickup . He and his sales manager after some length of time helped me find a great deal. A few Days later I was contacted by Jeff to resolve a minor scratch which I noticed and he personally made sure I was satisfied. Both he and his sales manager worked closely and made my purchase low pressure and very customer focused. I am confident this organization will step up and ensure they do the right thing .
