Great experience and great customer service I had one of the best experiences when buying a new car at Performance Acura. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Ritchie and he was great to work with. The knowledgeable staff and great customer service made the entire process very enjoyable. Unfortunately two days after I purchased my car it was terribly damaged in a bad hail storm and it requires extensive body work now. Even though Performance Acura has no obligation to help me in my situation, Paul and the Performance Acura team were more than happy to assist me with a rental car while my new car is in the shop. The customer service is top notch and I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More

I was guided to Performance Acura through True Car - and got an email from Kyle letting me know they had the vehicle I was interested in. I was paired with Bill Crosier in Sales - and I am happy to say my experience didn't suck. Bill knew all the particulars of the RDX - and he was really easy to work with. I had been driving the same car for over 10 years - but I am happy to say I did end up purchasing the RDX at the end of the day. Good folks here. They're easy going - so come in and ask for Bill. Amazing Car Buying Experience My Wife and I were interested in a new Acura MDX so we decided to check out Performance Acura in Chapel Hill. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Bill My Wife and I were interested in a new Acura MDX so we decided to check out Performance Acura in Chapel Hill. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Bill Crozier. Bill gave us the rundown on what was available in the color and package we wanted and took us for a test drive. After the test drive we decided to proceed with the vehicle purchase. Bill, Adham (finance manager), and Kiley (General Manager) worked tirelessly in order to meet our needs with this new purchase. My wife and I were very pleased with how everything worked out and couldn’t be happier with our new MDX. This was a very quick, honest, and hassle free car buying experience. Since I chose to get my windows tinted, they offered a loaner vehicle to use while the service was being completed. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
