Great experience and great customer service I had one of the best experiences when buying a new car at Performance Acura. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Ritchie and he was great to wor I had one of the best experiences when buying a new car at Performance Acura. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Ritchie and he was great to work with. The knowledgeable staff and great customer service made the entire process very enjoyable. Unfortunately two days after I purchased my car it was terribly damaged in a bad hail storm and it requires extensive body work now. Even though Performance Acura has no obligation to help me in my situation, Paul and the Performance Acura team were more than happy to assist me with a rental car while my new car is in the shop. The customer service is top notch and I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
