I have to be honest, I have not ever had to be responsible for purchasing my very own vehicle, it was always done for me by my Grandmother, may She REST IN PEACE. I wanted an Acura MDX and it was responsible for purchasing my very own vehicle, it was always done for me by my Grandmother, may She REST IN PEACE. I wanted an Acura MDX and it was between two dealerships. I flipped a coin, and by coin I mean my Wife decided that we were going to Durham, NC because it was closer to Burlington, NC, which is where we reside. Being that I was already financed before I walked in the door, it didn't matter, we were still there for over 4 plus hours. Mainly due to the banking institution's policy of having to call back each and everytime a new step occurs. The salesman, Real, for short, was very honest and very sincere the entire visit. I was able to get my 2014 Acura MDX SH-AWD for $2000 less than they thought I was going to pay. That's one time, the banking institution that I was dealing with came through for me. I will say that the business manager, was kind of a xxxxx, but I suppose it was a long day for him, on a Saturday and he was ready to go. Still does not excuse somethings that were said, it is assumed that if I was purchasing a Brand New Acura, maybe the way I was treated by him would have been better. I won't type out his name, but he knows who he is. So, after 6pm, the entire staff was still there assisting me with finalizing the deal and watched me drive off. I still get a text and call from Real every week just to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Not bad.... More
