Unfortunately two days after I purchased my car it was terribly damaged in a bad hail storm and it requires extensive body work now. Even though Performance Acura has no obligation to help me in my situation, Paul and the Performance Acura team were more than happy to assist me with a rental car while my new car is in the shop. I was guided to Performance Acura through True Car - and got an email from Kyle letting me know they had the vehicle I was interested in. I was paired with Bill Crosier in Sales - and I am happy to say my experience didn't suck. Bill knew all the particulars of the RDX - and he was really easy to work with. I had been driving the same car for over 10 years - but I am happy to say I did end up purchasing the RDX at the end of the day. Good folks here. They're easy going - so come in and ask for Bill.
