Between the time that we had agreed on the price and the time the new car arrived, my service advi I recently purchased a new RDX from Hendrick Acura. Between the time that we had agreed on the price and the time the new car arrived, my service advisor had transferred to a different Hendrick dealership. So I was nervous about how things would go when I came in to finalize paperwork and see my car for the first time. I worked with Chanel who took excellent care of me and explained every step of the process. She made sure I was taken care of and answered my every question, including via text message after I’d left. She also called me several days later to check in as well. I really enjoyed getting to know her and how she took a lot of time to show me all the features on the car before I left. I would recommend Hendrick Acura and Chanel to anyone looking for a new car.
