Knowledgeable salesperson, friendly environment We recently went to Hendrick Acura Southpoint to look for an Acura RDX. Originally we did not expect that we would have the vehicle at the end of day. We recently went to Hendrick Acura Southpoint to look for an Acura RDX. Originally we did not expect that we would have the vehicle at the end of day. However, the salesperson, Channel, is very knowledgeable. She patiently demonstrated all useful features of the vehicle to us. After test-driving, we really like the car and decided to buy it. Channel was very patient and helpful in the negotiation process. She also gave us a great help on choosing practical accessories, getting financing, etc. A big plus for the dealership is the brand new location and friendly environment. This will make the future car service a pleasant experience. Looking forward to that. More

Best Experience We were looking for a specific car. We went on line. We went to several dealerships. We decided not to gothe dealership route because of the rude and We were looking for a specific car. We went on line. We went to several dealerships. We decided not to gothe dealership route because of the rude and pushy salesmen. Instead we searched for the specific car we wanted made appt s.to see them. One dealership had us drive 100 miles only to find they sold the car to someone else. We had 3 more cars to see but we're ready to give up. We went to Southpoint. There we metChannel. We told her of our previous eexperiences. Sh took notes on exactly what we were looking for and what we could afford. We told her we only came to see the 4 Runner. She asked us if we would be interested in a new car. We said definitely no. She showed us the car . She had it cleaned for us as it just came on the lot. We test drove it .She answered all our questions. As we waited to speak to the finance people we decided not to look at other cars. We loved our experience with Channel so much and felt such trust we decided to buy the car then and there. Even though we would have bought it outright they insisted on putting it through their used car certification program. We got new tires, battery, all fluids, and filters. When we came to pick it up it looked brand new. I will never by a car any where else and hopefully always from Channel. More

Perla is the rep to go to - it's very hard to find sales reps that actually listens to your need rather than worrying about their commissions and she went over and above to get my husband and I into the right car for US. Her professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to help her clients are truly noticed and made our car buying experience easy and surprising enjoyable. I would hands down recommend Perla for your future business at Hendrick Acura Southpoint. Southpoint Acura is no exception to this superior automobile and customer care. Cam Weise is an excellent service advisor. His explanations & communications are frequent and thorough. Scheduling is smooth and conflict free. Service loaners are available for the busy days when we’re unable to wait until the work is done. In my experience Hendrick employees at every position are knowledgeable, thorough, professional and polite. Pricing is fair and unneeded work is not recommended. More

New car purchase. Hats off to Jonathan Honey, our sales representative. He went above and beyond to insure we left the dealership very happy customers. He realized we were being pressured by another dealership, but quite frankly, his expertise and personality had us hooked. He even assisted us with a personal matter which was totally out of his area of responsibility. The new facility was State of the Art along with the process of finalizing the paperwork of closing the deal and financing with Adham. His knowledge and efficiency are obviously matched by none. In addition, though being there several hours, we did not leave there hungry, thanks again to Jonathan. Thumbs up to Acura for seeking out quality personnel all around. It is refreshing to deal with professionals who are as interested in making the customer happy as they are at building the reputation of a Matched by None Dealership.
