Hawk Ford of St. Charles - Service Center

Hawk Ford quickly accommodated my need for an oil change while I was traveling from out of town. Although I grew up in the area, I moved away many years ago. Hawk Ford did not disappoint. They were great. Additionally, they adjusted the price to match the discount of my normal dealership. Brought a truck to the truck center to get it looked at for a whining noise, they charged me for looking at it, did not do anything to it or tell me what was wrong with it, and the differential went out a for a whining noise, they charged me for looking at it, did not do anything to it or tell me what was wrong with it, and the differential went out a week later 3 hours from our shop. I am sorry it took 2 trips to repair my initial issue of communication from the app to the car. I even had to call the service to get the fault code.
