This letter is to acknowledge the wonderful treatment we received from Martin Thomas when we purchased our new vehicle. Martin was one of the few car sales professionals we talked to that didn't start off trying to ram a car down our throats just to make a commission. Martin was patient, answered our questions and took the time to show us what we were asking for and worked with us to find a price point that we were satisfied with. Martin had great product knowledge and helped us make an informed decision. We could have easily bought our new car from a Honda dealer 1.5 miles from our home, but our experience with their salesman was terrible as it was exactly what fits the "stereo type" of a "used car salesman". I will be telling people about our good experience with Martin and Hardin Honda and hope that Martin is rewarded for his great customer focus and dedication to Hardin Honda. Son spent two hours with GM getting this deal finalized - is this Bait and Switch, agree with the son on a price (they wouldn't let him take the paper with him) then price goes up when mother comes with the checkbook! In all my years - stay away from this dealership. Until now, I only HEARD they took floormats out of the cars prior to selling them, I witnessed it first hand, no floormats - how low! More
