My mom needed to get her car repaired and met Alex Hamlin, service writer, who took great care and exercised a lot of patience with her. An oil sensor went out, and he did his best to explain everything, and after calling him a thief, he was polite enough to wait for her "son" (me) to get there. I talked to Alex, their proposal was not only fair, but accurate. They did the job quickly, were very clean and very professional about the whole ordeal. She apologized late, and I am sure Alex got a kick out of it. I'd not only recommend them here, but have also posted testimony via other social media, in part because of Alex's professionalism but also because it is hard to find good old honest businesses anymore. More

Alex is always a professional every time I have been to this dealership for service. He asks you all the pertinent questions about the problems your experiencing and then takes the time to find out the be this dealership for service. And he does all of this with a kind word and a smile. Jay the mechanic works diligently until he discovers what the problem is and how to fix it so you do not have to worry about the problem any longer. Both of these gentleman made customer service their priority and they do their work with excellence! The quality of the service they render is why I keep coming back to Hardin Honda. Salesman not pushy. Like any dealership gamesmanship in negotiation was obvious by upper management. The price was right at the end, and they met all contingency terms of my offer. My biggest complaint was that even in a "cash" only deal, the paperwork took two hours of hang time. I thought that was a excessive. Once we were ushered into the document signing department to close the deal, he was very professional and we were out of there in 15 minutes. No pressure sales for extended warranty, alarm, etc. The vehicle was delivered freshly cleaned inside and out. Follow up phone call the next day by the salesman had a touch of class. More

Went in for an oil change. As I waited for help I was approached by a man who I thought was going to assist me with the oil change instead he tried to sell me a new car!! As I waited for my oil change to be completed I was approached three more times by three different sales men.Talk about HIGH PRESSURE SALES!! The service person tried to tell me I needed brakes but I was unsure if I could believe him. So I took my business and my brakes elsewhere. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Demary in new car sales and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. He is extremely patient and friendly and does a great job trying to work with his mana sales and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Tom went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He went as far as picking me up from my house when I mentioned I did not have a method of transportation to the dealership. Tom never made me feel as if he was doing me a favor even though he went above and beyond from start to finish. This dealership "Hardin Honda" is a prime example of no BS dealership. In my 30years of buying cars I have seen it all, and got tired of the fake promises, and shady tactics. This company provided me with what they told me on the phone, with what they were going to do, at the price(actually less)they said it was going to be, and no gimmicks. Folks trust me on this,I do not get paid for endorsement for this company, just happy to share my good luck for finding this company with you and hope you get the same treatment I had. In and out in less then an hour, filling out paperwork, checking credit, prep vehicle, sign the documents. And I traveled 60 miles from Riverside to get here, since none of the 3 local company's close to me could offer the price and decency to respond quickly and or accurate give information. More
